Kids eat for free or £1 summer holiday food guide 2025
So the summer holiday’s are well and truly underway! From now until September it’s all water fights, grazed knees, tree houses and staying out until the street lights come on. Well, that’s what it was like when I was a nipper but no idea what kids get up to these days. This post though, is for the parents out there. I am sure it can be stressful enough trying to keep the little ones entertained, without the extra worry of the exorbitant costs of eating out. So I have created a free downloadable guide for some the best loved restaurants and eateries in the UK offering summer holiday deals.
Many of these restaurants are offering deals where kids eat for free, or for as little as 95p! I have listed them all below but I have also added a pdf file that you can download to your phone or device for quick reference. I would strongly suggest though that you visit the website and check the full terms and conditions for each offer to avoid disappointment. I have included the main details, but just double check to make sure you qualify and everything is tickety-boo!
Asda - Children under 16 eat for £1 daily, with no min adult spend.
Tesco - Children eat FREE with an adult purchase. Club card/app required. Offer until 29/8/2025 (England& Wales).
Morrisons - Children eat FREE All day every day, with min adult £5 spend.
Ikea - Children can get a meal from 95p daily from 11am.
Burger king - Kids can enjoy a free King Jr. meal between 28/7/2025 - 31/8/2025 via the burger king app.
Toby carvery - Kids eat for £1 all day on weekdays until 29/8/2025.
Harvester - Kids eat for £1 all day on weekdays via the app or register online. Offer valid until 29/8/2025.
TGI Friday’s - Kids 12 and under eat FREE with any adult main, all day every day. Available to new and existing stripes rewards members.
Hungry horse - Kids eat for £1 on Monday’s with every full paying adult.
Sizzling pubs - Kids eat for £1 mon-fri from 12pm when you buy an adult main meal.
Zizzi - Kids eat for free (under 12’s) at selected restaurants between 21/7/2015 - 05/9/2025. Excluding Saturdays.
Whitbread Inns - 2 kids under 16 eat a FREE breakfast for every adult breakfast purchased.
Table table - 2 kids under 16 eat a FREE breakfast for every adult breakfast purchased.
Future Inns - Under 5’s eat for FREE with any adult main meal purchased.
ASK Italian - 2 kids eat for free with at least one adult main purchased and have the perks app. Valid from 18/7/2025 - 31/8/2025.
Beefeater - Two kids under 16 eat for FREE with every adult breakfast purchased.
Las Iguanas - Kids under 12 eat for FREE with the purchase of an adult main meal.
Bella Italia - One child 11 or under for each adult meal purchased can eat a 3 course meal and drink for free Monday - Thursday. Valid from 22/7/2025 - 31/8/2025.
