Hi folks! My name is Adam. An amateur home cook with a passion for creating delicious yet approachable recipes that everyone can enjoy. I am not a chef, I never have been nor will I ever be (it’s damned hard work!). I find pleasure in connecting with people through food, and teaching folks how to make simple, tasty food in the comfort of their own home.
